In the United States, motorcycle accidents are the leading
cause of death for individuals ranging from age 6 to 33 years old. Each year,
more than 3,000 cyclists are killed. If
the victim is not killed, they are sometimes left with life threating injuries
and/or a permanent disability. This can drastically change someone’s life and
leave them with emotional trauma. A motorcycle does not have the same protection
as a vehicle which often leads to a fatal crash.
